Art Wave Awards was founded by Vyshkvarok Liudmyla, an artist, designer, educator, and founder of creative projects dedicated to supporting artistic development and cultural initiatives.

Her vision is to create opportunities for children and young artists to discover their potential, share their voices with the world, and grow through creativity. She believes that every child deserves encouragement, recognition, and the chance to dream without limits.
