Olya and Vira “The Mad Twins” are Ukrainian independent artists known in the American rock music scene for their animated music videos and art designs for bands and festivals. Olga and Vira graduated from a children's art school in Chernivtsi and always knew that they would have an artistic path. While still studying at the university in Kyiv, they began drawing music videos for Ukrainian rock bands, and later for European and American rock and roll and punk bands. Their animated works have had millions of views over more than 20 years of cooperation with the music scene. About MadTwins and their works were published in the American and Japanese Rolling Stone magazine. For 8 years in a row, twins have been part of the American group exhibition of musicians, skaters and graphic artists: “Punk Rock & Paintbrushes” which is exhibited throughout America at music festivals and art galleries. There MadTwins exhibited their original paintings and lino prints. In Ukraine, they work with the cult artist and writer Les Poderviansky, create merch and help in his charity auctions. The girls are bright representatives and supporters of all non-standard young artists who have achieved success on their own creative path without any patronage.
